Accessing the V2 App

Logging in to the application

Open the MTPlus V2 application.
Enter your username and password and click on 'Login' to get started.

Fingerprint authentication

You may also login to the application with your fingerprint if your device is set up to do so.
To switch to this method select the 'Fingerprint login' label at the right-hand corner of the screen.

Face Recognition

You may also login to the application using face recognition if your device is set up to do so.
To switch to this method select the icon and tap on OK to allow your device to use Face Id.

Forgotten Password

We're here to help! If you forget your login password, simply press the 'Forgot Password' link at the login screen.
On the next screen, type in your username & email address along with the CAPTCHA verification code.
Press OK to confirm.
An email containing a PIN code will be sent to your registered email address in due course. Copy this PIN code and paste it in the text field and Press OK.
An email containing a temporary login and transaction password will then be sent to your registered email address. Use this to login to the app in the normal login process mentioned above.

Utilizing the Demo feature

You have the option to try out the features of the MTrade Plus V2 application in a demo mode.
Switch to the Demo tab while on the login prompt screen, and click on the Register button. This will then open a registration form tab.
Fill the registration form and follow the instructions on the screen.
After you receive your login credentials, you may then switch to the Demo tab, type in your credentials (username & password), and click on the Login button.

Connection Settings

To change the connection settings of the Application, click on the settings button on the bottom right corner.

Select the environment you wish to select (ex:-PROD, UAT, QA, DEV) and enter the secret code. Then click on the Change button to change the environment.

Installing the app as a Progressive Web App

The trading app is now available as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on Android and iOS. MTrade Plus V2 is a web app that uses modern web capabilities to deliver an in-app-like experience to users.

For Android

Open Chrome and navigate to the web app from the browser as usual.
Click on the Settings icon on the browser toolbar, then click on the “Add to Home Screen” option on the context menu.
Then click on the "Add MTrade to Home Screen" notification that appears at the bottom of the browser.
Then select "install" from the pop-up window.

After Installation

Navigate to the home screen or open the app-draw and find an application icon for "MTrade Plus".
The app can now run within its own frame like any other mobile app. Upon opening the app you will see a splash screen followed by the login prompt allowing you to login as usual.

For IOS

Open Safari and navigate to the web app from the browser as usual.
Click on the "Share" option towards the bottom of the browser.
Select the "Add to Home Screen option from the settings menu.
Click on the "Add MTrade Plus to Home Screen" notification that appears at the bottom of the browser.
Then select "Add" from the pop-up window that opens.

After Installation

You will then see an app shortcut created for the app on your home screen.

Prerequisites

Android

Devices – Devices with resolution 320*480 (HD) and above.
OS – 6 and above (SDK version 23).
Browser – Chrome 93.0 or newer.

IOS

Devices – 5S or higher.
OS – 12.1 or higher.
Browser – Safari 12.1 or newer.
